Operations

Matthew Maday

Director of Operations

Chicago, IL

Matthew holds a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University in fire protection and safety engineering technology. He began his career at FM Global as a field engineer and then as a licensed adjuster. Since joining the team, Matthew has applied his practical experience and knowledge to help innovate the way our clients approach property risk management. Matthew is focused on ensuring the SnapRISK team efficiently and effectively meets all of our clients risk management needs.

Dennis Brettman

Risk Innovation Manager

Chicago, IL

Dennis holds a bachelor’s degree from Drake University. He has background experience in consumer technology, custom hardware, graphic design, retail management, and business development. Since 2016, he has been developing custom mobile applications and identifying property risk exposures. Dennis is currently focused on innovating property risk inspections for current and new accounts. He contributes an abundance of creativity and has a passion for emerging technology like blockchain applications.

Greg Lindsley

Partner

Phoenix, AZ

Gregory Lindsley is a Partner at SnapRISK, overseeing company growth and services provided to our clients. The procurement of new client relationships is an important part of our growth, while acting as a point for comprehensive information regarding services provided not only by SnapRISK but other partners as well as ours. Prior to joining SnapRISK, Mr. Lindsley was responsible for property loss control services at both Global Risk Consultants and Aon Risk Services of Minnesota. Most recently he served as EVP at First Onsite Restoration where he learned invaluable experiences with property mitigation/restoration services and processes in natural disaster area wide events.

Jeff Nall

Director of Sales

Atlanta, GA

Jeff is the Director of Sales at SnapRISK and is responsible for managing the core services delivered to individual clients and oversight of all activity. As an experienced leader of property risk control consulting services and a registered professional engineer, Jeff is also responsible for marketing the services of SnapRISK® for client consulting relationships. His areas of expertise include corporate program development, property insurance submittals, complex risk consulting, quantitative risk assessment, and problem solving. In working with a major beverage client, he gained extensive experience in innovative protection methods for flammable liquid processing and storage, he also managed the publication of corporate standards.

Jean Holets

Risk Analyst

Minneapolis, MN

Jean is based out of the greater Minneapolis, MN area and attended Minnesota State University where she received her Bachelor's degree. She brings over several years of experience from Global Risk Consultants where some of responsibilities included assisting Account Managers with client needs, drafting and proofing contracts, managing travel arrangements, conducting client research, and providing office management support.

Chris Phillips

Director of Innovation & Business Solutions

Portland, OR

Chris is Director of Innovation & Business Solutions for SnapRISK and responsible for visiting a wide range of account locations for risk assessment and mitigation, performing plan reviews, and educating clients in property loss prevention procedures and asset management. He is cross trained in both Fire and Equipment Hazards. Before joining SnapRISK, Chris provided similar risk assessment services for several global engineering and property insurance companies. His duties included account management, risk assessment and mitigation, plan reviews, project follow-ups, loss investigations, and client training.

Ingmar Larsson

Senior Consultant

Netherlands

Ingmar is a Senior Consultant for SnapRISK, providing risk engineering services to worldwide clients. This includes account engineering, project management, property loss prevention surveys, risk assessments and development of practical solutions to reduce exposures. Prior to joining SnapRISK, he provided similar risk assessment services for HPR loss control programs at global engineering and property insurance companies. Recently, Ingmar provided loss prevention specifications for several large greenfield warehousing projects, reviewed contractor drawings, and completed commissioning of the installed fire protection systems.

Kevin Beach

Lead Developer

Phoenix, AZ

Kevin attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he studied economics and computer science, and has experience working in both the financial and insurance industries. Since joining the team, Kevin has been continuously finding ways to integrate new technologies into SnapRISK® in order to make data collection and data analysis more seamless and efficient. His main focuses include data analytics, web development, and product innovation.

Kenny Zammito

Junior Developer

Richmond, VA

Kenny is the Junior Devloper at SnapRISK. He joined the team in mid-2023, coming from a similar developer role in the insurace industry. Before his career in software engineering, he worked in NYC for 8 years at various fortune 500 companies, prividing audio visual and IT support. Since joining the team, Kenny has been creating useful apps for the field engineers and assisting the development team with integration of new apps, technologies, analytics tools and web development.

Grace Ozog

IT Support

Ann Arbor, MI

Grace is a student at the University of Michigan studying Computer Science. She plans on graduating in spring of 2025 and has joined us in the summer of 2024 as an intern. Grace helps with day to day tech needs, and with developing useful software.

Annie joined SnapRISK in 2019, working in client support and data analysis. After receiving her bachelor’s degree from Lee University in 2014, she worked in multiple industries throughout the Cincinnati area with a focus in account management and client relations. At SnapRISK, Annie enjoys working with a diverse client base, whether local or international. She is passionate about making SnapRISK meet a client's needs to be helpful and effective.
